Manuel is a physiotherapist passionate about movement, communication, and personalised care.
After years of experience addressing musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions—whether in hospital, home, or private care—he specialised in neurological physiotherapy for adults at KU Leuven in 2025.
His goal is to help every person in need regain control of their body, recover independence, and return to an active life as much as possible — whether that means resuming a favourite sport, moving with ease and without pain, or simply feeling comfortable and confident in their body again.
To achieve this, Manuel takes the time to understand each patient’s personal, physical, and psychosocial background, allowing him to get to know them more deeply through active listening, patience, and empathy. He strongly believes that human connection, open communication, and even a touch of humour or entertainment are key elements of recovery, convinced that progress is most effective when therapist and patient work as a team.
After a thorough and individualised analysis of each patient’s current situation and priorities, Manuel identifies the main challenges and designs a tailored, progressive, and goal-oriented rehabilitation plan adapted to their rhythm and objectives. His treatments rely primarily on exercise and functional therapy, encouraging patients to play an active role in their recovery, challenge themselves, and grow stronger every day.
For all these reasons, Manuel is delighted to welcome patients at B2M, where, together, they can work towards their goals in a personalised, supportive, and motivating way — promoting both physical and mental well-being, and making rehabilitation as effective and enjoyable as possible.
Manuel speaks English, French, Italian, Castilian Spanish and Dutch. I speak English, French, Italian, Castellano and Dutch.
